and team performance objectives.
2. Design and Development
Based on the specific feedback, and the type of skills to be learned,
we design training programs, initiatives, or interventions tailored
specifically to address your organization's needs and goals. We
design client-centered skill-based training.
3. Facilitation
We facilitate highly interactive training programs and initiatives
using a variety of methods such as customized case study and role-play
activities to make learning practical and usable. We measure the
effectiveness of our training sessions with Level 1 and 2 evaluations
for your training data base.
